Before you buy anything, you need to know exactly what you're working with. Why Upgrade Your Hi-Capa
The stock internals on most Hi-Capa GBBs are fine for casual plinking, but they leave performance on the table: soft-shooting blowback units, loose tolerances in the fire control group, and hop up chambers that aren't built for consistency. Swapping in CNC'd internals from brands like TTI and Nexx Speed tightens all of that up. Better trigger response, more consistent gas efficiency, and a slide cycle that actually feels crisp instead of sloppy.
How to Choose the Right Parts
This is the part people get wrong. Hi-Capa isn't one platform, it's a frame pattern shared across several manufacturers, and parts are not universally interchangeable. Before ordering anything:
- Confirm your frame size. Most parts are cut for either the 4.3 (compact) or 5.1 (full-size) frame, and some fit both plus Gold Match. Check your model before buying internals like sears, blowback units, or hop up chambers.
- Confirm your manufacturer. Tokyo Marui, WE/AW, and Army Force Hi-Capas all use slightly different internal specs. A part built for Tokyo Marui tolerances won't necessarily drop into a WE/AW frame without fitting.
