Blog Title: Preparing for Your First Airsoft Event
Blog Introduction: So, you’ve decided to take the plunge and sign up for your first airsoft event. Congratulations! Airsoft is a fun and exciting way to get out of the house, be active, and even make new friends. But before you head off into the great outdoors, there are a few things that you’ll need in order to have an enjoyable time. Let’s run through them all! Don't forget to check out our up coming evens here

Blog Body:
Airsoft Blaster
This is an obvious one—you’re not going to get very far without an airsoft gun. When it comes to choosing one, there are a few important factors that should be considered. First off, you want something that looks good and feels comfortable in your hands. After all, if it doesn't look good then what's the point? Second, go with something reliable that won’t break down on you in the middle of your game—it never fails when you least expect it! Lastly, make sure that it has enough power and accuracy to meet your needs; if it doesn't shoot far enough or accurately enough then there's no point in having it at all. Protective Gear
You may think that airsoft guns don't hurt very much but trust us when we say they do! That's why it's incredibly important to wear protective gear whenever playing airsoft. This includes eye protection (we like full-face masks), gloves (for dexterity), chest protectors (to protect vital organs!), and more. Don't forget about padding for your joints either—your knees will thank you later! Check out our selection of Head gear to protect  yourself AND look good! Or shop all gear here

Ammunition
Once you have your gun and safety gear squared away, all that's left is to grab some ammo! Airsoft guns typically use 6mm plastic BBs; however, some guns may require 8mm BBs so be sure to double check before buying any ammo. If possible try to buy biodegradable BBs; non-biodegradable BBs are bad for the environment and should be avoided when playing outdoor. Also make sure you bring plenty of extra magazines with you as well as a speed loader—you don't want your gun running out of ammunition right in the middle of a firefight! Shop our Elite Performance BBs here!

Conclusion:
With these three items taken care of—an airsoft gun, protective gear, and plenty of ammo—you're ready for whatever comes your way during your first airsoft event! Be sure to also bring water/snacks/sunscreen/etc as well as any other items specific to the event itself; once everything is packed up just get out there and have fun! Good luck soldier – we know you'll do great!
