Buyer assumes full responsibility for all liabilities, damages, injuries, modifications done to products, buyer's local laws, buyer's local regulations, and ownership of Airsoft devices.

You agree to hold harmless Jefe's Airsoft Solutions, its owners, affiliates, and/or employees for any legal actions, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by your ordering and/or ownership of Airsoft devices.

You acknowledge that due to their potential strategic value, the export of certain products sold by Jefe's Airsoft Solutions may be prohibited by the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. You represent that you will not export any prohibited or restricted items against the law.

All Airsoft devices are sold with a bright orange tip to comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Jefe's Airsoft Solutions is not responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages caused by improper usage, user error, negligent or irresponsible use, lack of adult supervision, or willful ignorance to risk when using Airsoft devices obtained from or modified by or using parts from Jefe’s Airsoft Solutions.
