Why We’re Currently Out of Stock on CTM Products

If you’ve noticed that CTM products are currently out of stock on our site, we want to clearly explain why and what this means moving forward.

This is a business and logistics decision, not a temporary inventory delay.

Increased Import Costs Due to Tariffs

Over the past year, tariffs and international import costs have increased significantly. These changes directly affect the landed cost of importing products from overseas manufacturers and distributors.

For CTM products specifically, these added costs have made small-to-mid-scale restocks far less efficient without raising prices for customers.

New Wholesale Minimum Order Requirements

In addition to rising tariffs, CTM TAC has implemented a $10,000 minimum order value for wholesale purchases.

For us, this would require committing a large amount of capital to a single brand at one time — capital that could otherwise be spread across multiple restocks, categories, and development projects.

Strategic Shift in How We Invest

Rather than tie up that capital in large wholesale orders, we’ve made the decision to redirect those funds into developing our own in-house parts and accessories.

This approach allows us to:

  • Maintain more consistent pricing
  • Reduce exposure to tariff volatility
  • Improve supply stability
  • Focus on long-term product development

This shift supports sustainability and gives us greater control over timelines and availability.

CTM Parts & Our Mail-In Build Service

While we’re no longer stocking CTM products directly, we will still gladly work with CTM parts in customer builds.

If you already own CTM components — or plan to source them independently — you may include them in our Mail-In Repair & Upgrade Service.

What this means:

  • You may send in your replica with CTM parts already installed
  • Or include CTM components in the package for installation
  • We will install, fit, and tune them as part of your build
  • The same professional care applies regardless of where the parts were purchased

Our goal with the mail-in service is to help you build the setup you want, using the parts you choose.

What This Means for Customers

  • CTM products are not currently being restocked
  • New in-house parts are actively in development
  • Mail-in builds and upgrades remain fully supported

We will continue to be transparent about changes that affect product availability and long-term direction.

Looking Ahead

New parts are already in development, and updates will be shared as they move closer to release.

If you have questions about compatibility, mail-in builds, or upcoming products, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help you plan your next build.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
