Planetary Garrison Reagor GCW

Step into a galaxy far, far away in this immersive  airsoft event where players take on the roles of Rebel Alliance fighters or Imperial soldiers. Set on the war-torn planet of Reagor Texas, this event combines high-intensity airsoft battles with cinematic roleplay, custom missions, and dynamic faction-based objectives. Will you help restore peace and justice, or tighten the grip of the Empire? Choose your side, gear up, and may the Force be with you.

We are very excited to introduce the Galactic Civil War's first larp event in Texas! This event will consist of one continuous game focusing around roleplaying and will be held at 878 airsoft in Waxahachie Texas!

Uniform Requirements

Unaffiliated are players that fall outside the Imperial or Rebel uniform requirements. Examples are Galactic denizens, Mandalorians, mercenaries, bounty hunters, and outlaws. These players must carve their own path through the Galaxy.

The only earth camo that can be used is ATACS FG/AU for Rebels, stay clear of tactical helmets, baseball caps, and jeans. Putting a kit together for the event can be very easy, fun, and inexpensive. Check out your local thrift or surplus stores and wear a civilian/mercenary loadout.

Imperial

Solid matching White, Black, OD Green, and Grey tops and bottoms, Solid color flight suits/coveralls of the same color, and/or Trooper armor of all colors. NO EARTH CAMOUFLAGE PATTERNS Solid color Vests, belt rigs, chest rigs.

Rebel

Uniform: Non-matching Earth tones top and bottoms, Star Wars Rebel attire, orange jumpsuit (pilots), Wookiee fur, and ATACS FG/AU NO EARTH CAMOUFLAGE PATTERNS except ATACS FG/AU Solid color vests, belt rigs, chest rigs.

Unaffiliated

These are all players that fall outside the Imperial or Rebel uniform requirements. Galactic denizens, mandalorians, mercenaries, bounty hunters, outlaws, ect.. These players will be used to balance teams before each combat session and will issue armbands for the faction they are working for.

FIELD MARSHALS

Field Marshals are the supreme authority on the field. They are present in order to maintain a safe and fun environment. Disobeying, disrespecting, and/or arguing with a marshal is strictly prohibited. Field marshals must be informed of any violations of field or game rules. FIELD MARSHALS MUST BE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY OF ANY FIELD EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.

ATTITUDE

It requires everyone involved to see the bigger picture of creating an incredible experience you can’t get anywhere else. Many trying situations might arise from this game however all players are expected to compose themselves in a mature, friendly manner, even when the game gets intense. Any instances of verbal or physical aggression are grounds for immediate banning from the field.

ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN THE WAIVERS AT CHECK-IN.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.  Event tickets are non-transferable.
